
Project Description:
The construction project involved the development of a portion of the Lala Lajpat Rai University of Veterinary & Animal Sciences, encompassing the construction of 8km boundary walls with three massive gates. The university's blocks cover an area of 3 lakhs square feet and incorporate various rooms and facilities. The project aimed to provide comprehensive services, including the supply of electricity, water plumbing, sanitary systems, and centralized air conditioning. Additionally, the university was equipped with smart and digital technology to enhance the learning and administrative processes.
Construction Timeline:
It took Six Years (2018-2023) to complete the entire project considering the extensive scope of the development. It included various phases such as planning, design, construction, installation of infrastructure and services, and final finishing touches.
Notable Features:
